Shareholders of Samfruit decided to increase the authorized capital

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Shareholders of Samfruit decided to increase the authorized capital to 3.53 billion soums.

According to the decision, the company will issue additional shares in the amount of 597.69 million soums.

British American Tobacco Uzbekistan (Investments) Limited, which is a shareholder of the company, will acquire 5,976,960 shares for US$4.48 million.
