Russia’s ROSNO to open representative office in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Major Russian insurance group ROSNO plans to open a representative office in Uzbekistan, the group’s CEO Hannes Chopra said at a news conference Tuesday.

The representative office will focus on providing reinsurance coverage to Uzbek companies, Chopra said.

Investments in the project are expected to be recouped within the first year of operation, Prime TASS reported.

Founded in 1999, ROSNO is a universal insurance company.
