Rus Invest Textile Group acquires KAP-TEKS

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Open joint stock commercial bank “Kapitalbank” sold its share in KAP-TEKS LLC, which is located in Uychi district of Namangan region.

The Uzbek bank said that Rus Invest Textile Group LLC (Jizzakh region of Uzbekistan) acquired 100% stake of Kapitalbank in KAP-TEKS. The sum of the deal is 36 billion soums.

KAP-TEKS LLC specializes in production of cotton yarn production. The enterprise can clean and prepare cotton-fibre for processing and production of yarn.

The enterprise has capacity to produce over 10,080 tonnes of cotton yarn.
