Refutation: Individual entrepreneurs not allowed to provide taxi services
President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree "On measures to further reduce and simplify licensing and licensing procedures in the field of entrepreneurial activities, as well as improve the business environment."
Earlier, the press service of the Ministry of Justice, referring the decree, said that individual entrepreneurs from 1 June 2018 will be able to provide taxi services.
The decree published in the National Legislation Database does not contain this provision, the ministry said.
The Ministry said the draft decree included the provision, allowing individual enterprises to carry out taxi services from 1 June 2018.
However, this proposal was not included in the final version of the decree, signed by the head of state.
