Poytahtbank CEO Dilshod Pulatov Steps Down
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 20 April 2026, the sole shareholder of the privatized Poytahtbank approved an early termination of the powers of Board Chairman Dilshod Akmalievich Pulatov. He had headed the bank since September 2025 and previously worked in the banking sector, including as First Deputy Chairman of a commercial bank.
The powers of Deputy Chairman Abror Kadirovich Turgunov were also terminated.
Poytahtbank was established in 2019 to finance mortgage programs and housing construction projects, including affordable housing initiatives. Initially, 100% of its charter capital belonged to the Tashkent city administration.
In June 2024, the State Assets Management Agency reached an agreement on the privatization of the bank with the UAE-based company Bond Investments Limited, which acquired the state share for US$10 million.
The privatization was later officially completed.
According to the state registry, Bond Investments Limited became the sole owner of the bank, and the legal name of the entity was updated to include the designation “foreign company.”
