Uzbek national costumes and silk fabrics are presented in Thailand
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A presentation of national costumes and silk fabrics of Uzbekistan was organized at the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Thailand with the participation of teachers and students of the Asian Vocational College design college.
As part of the event, a video conference was held with the Uzbek designer Dilnoza Umrzakova, who presented the national brand of the fashion house "Anor Atelier". In an online meeting, young designers received answers to their questions.
The participants of the conference highly appreciated the quality and elegance of silk fabrics produced in our country, and expressed a desire to sew such beautiful clothes for themselves in the future.
Jutarat Pamayong, Asian Vocational College of Design:
- At today’s presentation I was very impressed by the demonstration of national costumes of Uzbekistan. After the event, I had a desire to use Uzbek silk in my future projects.
Parichat Srithong, Asian Vocational College of Design:
- We are very glad that we were invited to the event at the diplomatic mission of Uzbekistan. Clothes made from national fabrics are truly unique and very different from Thai silk. In the future, I will definitely sew clothes from Uzbek fabrics at my fashion shows, where I will participate with my own design style.
