Polish company plans to supply trams, locomotives to Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- A delegation of Polish company PESA Bydgoszcz SA is paying a visit to Uzbekistan, Jahon news agency reported.

Within the visit, the delegation held meeting at Toshshahartranshizmat. The visit was aimed at establishing cooperation on supply of trams, locomotives and cars for underground, as well as creation of joint venture to create services and technical maintenance, as well as training of personal.

Director for marketing in eastern markets of PESA Bydgoszcz SA Dariusz Skotnicki said that Polish company hopes to establish cooperation with companies of Uzbekistan.

“We want to offer the supply of urban transport, in particular, new types of trams, as well as to open service center in Tashkent, which will deal with their maintenance,” he added.
