NBU and Turkish Eximbank sign basic loan agreement for US$250 million

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- National Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Turkish Export-Credit Bank signed a basic loan agreement for US$250 million.

The agreement envisages allocation of loans to finance investment projects involving Turkish suppliers and contractors.

The projects will be financed on the basis of requests from the Uzbek side, without concluding separate loan agreements.
