Nighttime Power Outages Possible in Five Tashkent Districts and Part of Tashkent Region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Short-term disruptions in the electricity supply may occur across five districts of the capital and parts of the Tashkent region during the night of July 1, from 00:00 to 04:00.

The temporary issues are due to scheduled commissioning and testing operations on electrical equipment at the "Yuksak" substation, according to JSC National Electric Networks of Uzbekistan.

The planned maintenance and technical upgrades may cause brief power outages in localized areas of the following districts:

• Mirabad district;
• Yakkasaray district;
• Chilonzor district;
• Sergeli district;
• Yangihayot district;
• Zangiata district of the Tashkent region.

The energy company extended its apologies to consumers for the temporary inconvenience and requested the public's understanding, emphasizing that these technical operations are vital to ensuring the long-term reliability and stability of the regional power grid.
