Nazarbayev proposes to create an analogue of "Khorgos" on the border with Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President Nursultan Nazarbayev of Kazakhstan has proposed the creation of a center for border cooperation at the border with Uzbekistan.

According to the head of Kazakhstan, the Khorgos Center between Kazakhstan and China can serve as a counterpart for such a center.

“I think such a complex will appear between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan,” said Nazarbayev. He did not rule out that a new settlement could appear on the territory of the proposed construction.
