MPs approve changes to law “On entrails”

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis approved a draft law “On changes and amendments to the article 26 and 27 of the Law of Uzbekistan “On entrails”.

The document was developed in line with the presidential decree “On approval of regulation on order of issuing right to use entrails areas, possessing non-metallic natural resources”.

The document sets new norms on issuing license in developing fields with natural resources and cases when no license required to develop some categories of natural resources field.

MPs approved the concept of the draft law and passed it in the first reading.
