Moderate earthquake shakes Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- A moderate earthquake was registered in Tashkent at 8:33 on 20 May 2015 with the epicenter at the Tajik-Afghan border.

According to the seismic station “Tashkent”, the power of earthquake in Tashkent was 2-3 points.

The epicenter of earthquake was in the territory of Tajikistan, near border with Afghanistan. The earthquake magnitude was 5.5 at the epicenter.
