Meeting with representatives of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Within the framework of the international economic forum, a meeting was held between the leadership of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Aliyar Mammadyarov.

At the meeting, issues of the macroeconomic situation in the two countries and forecasts for the future were discussed. Detailed information on the development of the banking sector was presented.

Following the meeting, the parties discussed the establishment of cooperation in the field of countering the legalization of criminal proceeds and the financing of terrorism.
