Mamaryzo Nurmuratov may leave the position of head of the Central Bank

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The question of relieving the chairman of the Central Bank from his position is being considered in Uzbekistan.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has submitted a proposal to the Senate of the Oliy Majlis regarding the resignation of Mamaryzo Nurmuratov from his position as head of the Central Bank.

It is worth noting that Mamaryzo Nurmuratov has held this position since 2017.
