Malaysian envoy discusses cooperation at Uzbek TV company

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Malaysian ambassador to Uzbekistan, Abdul Aziz Harun, visited the National TV and Radio Company of Uzbekistan [NTRCU] on 30 July 2009.

The meeting discussed cooperation between the NTRCU and Malaysia’s TV and radio broadcasting companies, the website of the TV and radio company said.

The ambassador familiarized himself with the company’s structure and current activities as well as the history of the foundation and development of television in Uzbekistan.

The sides also discussed jointly producing TV programmes.
