Kvarts shareholders allocate half of net profit to dividends

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Shareholders of Kvarts JSC approved the distribution of the company's net profit for the year 2025, totaling 1.34 billion soums, during the annual general meeting held on 25 June 2026.

According to the adopted resolution, 50% of the net profit, or 670.4 million soums, will be directed toward dividend payments. The dividend size was approved at 6.95 soums per ordinary share.

It was decided to use the remaining 670.4 million soums, which also represents 50% of the net profit, to partially offset the company's accumulated uncovered loss. At the end of 2025, the accumulated loss stood at 97.7 billion soums.

Furthermore, the shareholders approved the development strategy for Kvarts JSC spanning the years 2026–2030.
