IT Park Showcases Uzbekistan Digital Potential in Riyadh
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — IT Park Uzbekistan has organized a large-scale technology forum, Digital Uzbekistan Riyadh, in the Saudi capital.
The event brought together more than 55 executives from Saudi technology companies, large business representatives, and the investment community of the Kingdom. The primary objective of the platform was to promote the investment and export potential of Uzbekistan, as well as to establish direct business ties for long-term partnerships in artificial intelligence and the digital economy.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Saudi Arabia Nodirjon Turgunov delivered an opening speech to the delegates, noting the strategic importance of the bilateral technological dialogue.
Muzaffar Karabayev, official representative of the IT Park in the Gulf countries, and Abdurakhman Karimberdiyev, global development manager at IT Park, presented the opportunities of the national ecosystem, current government incentives for foreign investors, and the key stages of integrating the republic into the global IT services market.
The presentation by Mohamed Eltaib, a representative of the partner company GCC, drew particular attention from the Saudi delegation. He spoke in detail about the competitive advantages of Uzbek developers and emphasized that the digital solutions of IT Park residents are fully adapted for integration into the IT infrastructure of both the public and private sectors of Saudi Arabia.
Eight leading companies from Uzbekistan personally presented their high-tech products in business process automation, artificial intelligence, and cloud platforms: Geomotive, Smartcast, TASS Vision, OX Systems, Business Robots AI, kpi.com, Delever, and Ziyoly.
During panel discussions, participants focused on practical mechanisms for relocating Saudi technology operators to Uzbekistan and attracting Middle Eastern venture capital funds to finance promising start-up projects.
Following the meetings, the sides outlined a roadmap to expand the export of domestic IT services to the Gulf markets. The forum in Riyadh marks a step in the international strategy of IT Park, anchoring the position of Uzbekistan as an emerging digital hub for the broader MENA region.
