Iran to take part in Uzbekistan futsal tourney

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- An international futsal tournament with the participation of leading teams of Asia and Europe will be held in Tashkent from 2 to 9 October.

Teams from Iran, Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine have already confirmed their participation in the competitions.

The Russian team has turned down the invitation. Azerbaijan is considered as a potential competitor.

This will be the last competition for Asian teams before the 3rd Asian Indoor Games starts on 25 October.
