Imkon Ventures Invests in Avtomato.uz SaaS Platform
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Venture capital fund Imkon Ventures has announced a US$100,000 investment in Avtomato.uz, a domestic SaaS platform designed to automate business processes for retail enterprises and companies operating in the installment sales (nasiya) segment.
The investment is part of the fund's strategy to support promising technology projects with strong scaling potential in Uzbekistan and the wider region.
Avtomato.uz was launched in April 2025 by Yuldoshboy Sultanov, founder of REVO, one of Uzbekistan's leading IT companies. Sultanov is a software engineer and entrepreneur from the Khorezm region. Within a relatively short period, the platform has attracted more than 100 corporate clients and established a notable presence in the market for digital business solutions.
The platform is a comprehensive Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) system that enables businesses to manage key operational processes through a unified digital environment.
Its core functions include installment sales management, customer scoring and assessment, inventory management, POS systems, workforce management and marketing tools.
One of Avtomato.uz's competitive advantages is its modular architecture, which allows companies to activate only the functions they need and scale the system as their business grows.
This approach makes the solution suitable for both small enterprises and large retail chains.
According to founder Yuldoshboy Sultanov, Uzbekistan's retail and installment sales market is developing rapidly, but many processes remain insufficiently digitalized.
"Today, a significant number of entrepreneurs continue to rely on manual management or fragmented software solutions. We created a platform that brings together all major business processes in a single system, from customer assessment to inventory management. Our goal is to make modern technologies accessible to businesses of all sizes," he said.
The company plans to expand its client base and increase the number of users to more than 500 corporate customers by the end of 2026. It also plans to launch specialized solutions for at least three additional sectors of the economy.
Industry experts said the investment reflects growing interest in the development of domestic technology products and the digital transformation of small and medium-sized businesses.
Imkon Ventures co-founder Muhammad Khalil said the fund sees significant potential in the market segment targeted by the company.
"Avtomato addresses one of the market's most pressing challenges. The retail and installment sales sector remains highly fragmented, and many processes still depend on manual management. The team has already demonstrated strong results at an early stage of development, while the product architecture creates favorable conditions for further scaling," he said.
The platform's development is also supported by the founder's professional experience. Sultanov graduated from the Tashkent University of Information Technologies and holds a doctoral degree in mathematical and software support for computing systems.
During his career, he served as a software architect at Agrobank, chief technology officer at Asaxiy, and completed a professional internship at Yandex's Moscow office.
Founded in 2020, REVO currently employs more than 30 specialists and delivers projects for clients in Uzbekistan, the United States and Europe in the fintech and e-commerce sectors.
According to market participants, attracting investment to such projects contributes to the development of modern digital infrastructure for businesses and strengthens Uzbekistan's position as one of Central Asia's rapidly developing technology hubs.
