How many new passenger cars were registered in 2023?

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- According to the Statistics Agency, in January-December 2023, the number of new passenger cars registered in Uzbekistan made up 391,604 units, of which 87.2% (341,650 units) were produced in Uzbekistan and 12.8% (49,954 units) were produced in other foreign countries.

The largest share of new cars registered in the republic falls on the city of Tashkent (25.7% of the total, or 100,564 units).
