Hamkorbank’s assets reach 258bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Assets of Hamkorbank open joint-stock commercial bank rose by 21.1% in January-August 2009 and reached 258 billion soums as of 1 September 2009. The profitability of assets made up 5.4%.

Own capital of Hamkorbank exceeded 35 billion soums as of 1 September 2009, or grew by 40% in eight months of 2009. The profitability of capital comprised 35.4%.

Net credit investments of the bank increased by 10.3% in January-August to 139 billion soums, the bank said.

The bank noted that population deposits grew by 21.1% to 63 billion soums in the reporting period.
