Earlier, the bank only issued money transfers and it is leader in this segment. About 80% of all transactions within Zolotaya Korona in Uzbekistan fell to share of Hamkorbank.
Zolotaya Korona said currently over 150 money transfer points are available for sending transactions. The remittances are accepting in US dollars.
Ivan Sitnov, director of Zolotaya Korona – Money Transfer, said the money transfer market of Uzbekistan is one of priorities for Zolotaya Korona.
Sitnov said the opening of outbound remittance at Hamkorbank will allow the system to improve turnover in Uzbekistan and increase market share.
The partnership with Hamkorbank allowed Zolotaya Korona to enter markets of 50 new cities, where early there was no outbound remittance services of Zolotaya Korona.
