Germany sent packing after loss to South Korea

World Cup Champions Germany crashed out of the World Cup after suffering a stunning 2-0 defeat by a tenacious South Korea on Wednesday that eliminated them in the opening round.
Stoppage-time goals by Kim Young-gwon and Son Heung-min condemned German side to finishing bottom of their group F.
Sweden produced a spectacular display to beat Mexico 3-0 and book their place inhe knockout stages of the World Cup.
Second-half goals from Ludwig Augustinsson and Andreas Granqvist put Sweden in the driving seat before an Edson Alvarez own-goal made it three.
Sweden topped the Group with six points. Mexico is second with the same number of points. South Korea and Germany collected three points each.
