Saken Polatov was elected as the First Deputy Chairperson of Uzbekistan Boxing Federation. Polatov is a chairperson of the board of Orient Finans Bank.

He worked in the system of Locomotiv Tashkent football club for several years.

Saken Polatov took office from Sherzod Toshmatov, who resigned the post due to health problems.
