Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — A delegation from Uzbekistan’s Ferghana Region, led by regional governor Khayrullo Bozorov, has arrived in Belarus on a working visit aimed at expanding trade, economic and investment cooperation and strengthening interregional ties.
The visit programme includes meetings with representatives of Belarusian government agencies and official circles, talks with executives of major companies, a business forum and bilateral business-to-business (B2B) meetings.
The sides plan to discuss prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation, expanding trade ties and launching new joint projects.
The Ferghana delegation will also visit major Belarusian enterprises, including companies operating in industry, agriculture and high technology.
The exchange of experience is expected to help identify new areas for practical cooperation between regions of the two countries.
