Ferghana Entrepreneurs Discuss Cooperation in Belarus

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A meeting involving a delegation from Ferghana region of Uzbekistan was held at the Executive Committee of Gomel region in the Republic of Belarus, with the participation of around 40 entrepreneurs and heads of farming enterprises.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Governor of the region Alibek Tursunov, First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of Gomel region Dmitry Petrashitsky, and representatives of both sides.

The event focused on the development of cooperation in the agricultural sector between the regions.

Participants were presented with opportunities for agricultural activity in Gomel region, including information on state support measures, tax incentives, and business conditions.

Representatives of businesses and farming enterprises received answers to questions related to the practical aspects of cooperation.

Following the meeting, it was noted that the dialogue would contribute to the further development of mutually beneficial cooperation between the regions in the agricultural sector.
