Etihad Airways to Launch Daily Flights to Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, will begin operating regular daily flights on the Abu Dhabi – Tashkent – Abu Dhabi route starting August 10.

The flights will be carried out using Airbus A320 aircraft, establishing a consistent daily aerial link between the capitals of Uzbekistan and the UAE.

Founded in 2003, Etihad Airways serves as the national carrier of the United Arab Emirates. The company is headquartered at Abu Dhabi International Airport.

The airline's entry into the Uzbekistan market is seen as another progressive step in expanding the country's international flight connectivity.

Etihad Airways is among the largest air carriers in the Middle East, serving a broad route network that spans the Gulf countries, Asia, Europe, Africa, Australia, and North America.

The launch of this new route will allow passengers traveling from Uzbekistan to utilize convenient flight connections through the international aviation hub in Abu Dhabi, opening up onward travel to numerous destinations worldwide.
