Buxoropaxtasanoat hududiy birlashmasi increases its charter capital

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Buxoropaxtasanoat hududiy birlashmasi open joint stock company (Bukhara Cotton Industry Regional Union) registered a prospectus of emission for 814.832 million soums.

According to the document, the company will float 479,313 ordinary shares with nominal value of 1,700 soums each. Total volume of the emission makes up 814.832 million soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed on close subscription among shareholders through replacing old shares with par value of 1,000 soums to new ones with nominal value of 1,700 soums.

At the same time, the difference between oil and new shares at the size of 335.519 million soums will be paid due to undistributed income for previous years.
