Boxer Bektemir Melikuziev reaches final of Youth Olympic Games

Defending amateur champion on boxing among juniors Bektemir Melikuziev advanced to the finals of boxing tournament of the Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing, China.
In the weight category of 69 kg Melikuziev defeated Ilyas Adzinayeu of Belarus. Uzbek boxer defeated his opponent with technical knockout.
In the final, Bektemir Melikuziev will face Juan Solano from Dominican Republic. The bout will take place on 27 August 2014.
