Alskom to place shares for 1bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Alskom open joint stock insurance company registered a prospectus of emission for 1 billion soums, the company said in a statement, published in local media.

Within the emission, the insurance company will place 1 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums. The stocks will be placed on open subscription.

Currently, the charter capital of Alskom makes up 3.737 billion soums, which comprises of 3712358 ordinary and 25,000 preferred stocks.

Alskom has been working in Uzbekistan's insurance market since 1996 and currently it is one of the leading insurance companies in Uzbekistan.
