A bus collided with a truck in Jizzakh region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- A traffic accident involving a bus and a truck occurred in Jizzakh region of Uzbekistan.

At the 998th kilometer of the M-39 Tashkent-Termez highway, on the territory of the Sulokli mahalla, a Yutong bus collided with a Howo truck.

As a result of the accident, two citizens from Karakalpakstan were killed, four more people, including three citizens of Karakalpakstan and one citizen of France, received injuries of varying severity and are under medical supervision.

Authorities are taking steps to ensure that the remaining passengers on the bus are transported to their destinations.
