Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The Yunus Rajabi House Museum will temporarily close to visitors for an inventory of museum items and collections, as well as repair and restoration work, Uzbekistan’s Agency for Cultural Heritage said.

The museum will be closed from 14 September 2026 to 30 May 2027.

As part of the project, the building will undergo repair and restoration work, while its heating and cooling systems will be fully modernized. A new exhibition will also be created in line with modern museum requirements, and the museum’s infrastructure will be improved.

The Yunus Rajabi House Museum will reopen to visitors after the planned work is completed.
