Wheat Flour Production in Uzbekistan Up 56%

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In January–February 2026, large industrial enterprises in Uzbekistan produced 210.7 thousand tons of wheat flour made from soft wheat and spelt, according to the National Statistics Committee.

Compared to the same period in 2025, production increased by 56.2 percent, indicating a significant rise in output of this product.

The data reflects strong growth dynamics in the country’s flour production sector over the reporting period.
