Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Vaqt Investitsiya Kompaniyasi LLC will cease operating as an investment intermediary in Uzbekistan’s capital market following a decision by the company’s founders on 9 October 2026.
The Tashkent Republican Stock Exchange received a corresponding notice from the company.
Clients whose securities are held in the company’s accounts may transfer their assets to another investment intermediary of their choice by 30 October 2026.
If clients do not arrange the transfer by the deadline, their securities will be transferred to the Central Securities Depository.
The company previously operated under the name Samarqand Vaqt Depozitariysi LLC.
