Uzvinosanoat-holding to pay 250 soums of dividends per share

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Shareholders of Uzvinosanoat-holding open joint stock company adopted decision on payment of dividends for 2010, the company disclosed.

In line with the decision of shareholders, Uzvinosanoat-holding will pay 250 soums of dividends per ordinary share.

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 3,760,943 ordinary shares, the company added.

As reported earlier, net income of Uzvinosanoat-holding made up 2.351 billion soums in 2010 against 1.277 billion soums in 2009.
