Uzpromstroybank's Net Profit Exceeds 808 Billion Soums in First Half of 2025

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — In the first half of 2025, the net profit of JSC Uzpromstroybank amounted to 808.6 billion soums, representing a 5.2% increase compared to the same period last year.

The bank's interest income rose slightly during the reporting period—by 0.4%—reaching 5.2 trillion soums. Meanwhile, non-interest income showed a more significant positive trend, increasing by 33.6% to 3.5 trillion soums.

The bank’s total assets grew by 21.4% between January and June 2025, amounting to 97.2 trillion soums. Shareholders’ equity increased by 13.8%, reaching 10.8 trillion soums.

As of 1 June 2025, the bank’s loan portfolio stood at 68.4 trillion soums, reflecting a year-on-year increase of 14%. At the same time, the share of non-performing loans (NPL) declined from 4.3% to 3.8%, indicating an improvement in the quality of the loan portfolio.
