UZEX to pay dividends for 2010

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- General shareholders’ meeting of Uzbekistan Commodity Exchange (UZEX) adopted a decision on payment of dividends for 2010.

According to the decision, the exchange will pay 50.70083 soums of dividends per ordinary share.

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 24,986,140 shares. Dividends will be paid with money resources.

As reported earlier, net income of Uzbekistan Commodity Exchange (UZEX) grew from 1.128 billion soums in 2009 to 2.484 billion soums in 2010.
