Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — AKFA has held a groundbreaking ceremony for its new production complex in the United States. The AKFA Aluminum Solutions plant will be built in the city of Bowling Green, Kentucky, and will become the first manufacturing enterprise of the Uzbek company within the United States.

According to information from the company, the implementation of the project involves the creation of 331 new jobs. The construction of the enterprise is viewed as the next stage in expanding AKFA's international presence.

The company noted that the project reflects a course toward increasing production capacity and developing new areas of activity in foreign markets.
