Uzbekneftegaz and Tajikistan Discuss Supply Expansion

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Chairman of the Board of Uzbekneftegaz JSC, Abdugani Sanginov, held talks with a delegation from the Republic of Tajikistan focused on product supplies and prospects for further cooperation.

The meeting was attended by the Director of the Agency for State Material Reserves under the Government of Tajikistan, Akhmadzoda Nurmuhammad Ato, as well as the Ambassador of Tajikistan to Uzbekistan, Nasreddin Ismatullo.

The parties emphasized that cooperation between the two countries, under the leadership of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, has reached a strategic level and continues to develop on the basis of mutual trust and good neighborliness.

Particular attention was given to the interest of the Tajik side in products manufactured by major industrial enterprises within the Uzbekneftegaz system.

During the talks, it was noted that all agreements on supplies will be implemented in accordance with market principles.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides expressed readiness to consider opportunities for further expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation.
