Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan's industrial production totaled 795.4 trillion soums in January-July 2026, of which 50.2 trillion soums came from mining and quarrying, the National Statistics Committee said.

Manufacturing accounted for the largest share of industrial output. Enterprises in the sector produced goods worth 690.7 trillion soums during the first seven months of the year, representing 86.8% of total industrial production.

Mining and quarrying accounted for 50.2 trillion soums, or 6.3% of the total.

Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply generated 50.4 trillion soums in industrial production, representing 6.4% of the overall volume.

The remaining 4.1 trillion soums, or 0.5% of total industrial output, came from water supply, sewerage, waste collection and waste disposal.
