Uzbekistan’s Gold Exports Reach US$9.9 Billion in 2025

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — In December 2025, Uzbekistan did not export any non-monetary gold, according to the National Statistics Committee.

Data from the agency show that the total volume of gold exports for January–December 2025 remained at US$9.90 billion, unchanged from November.

On an annual basis, however, gold shipments abroad grew significantly: compared with the same period in 2024, exports rose by 32.3%, while in 2024 they totaled US$7.48 billion.

Gold continues to be a key element of the country’s foreign trade. Its share in Uzbekistan’s export structure for 2025 reached 29.3%, up from 27.4% in 2024.

In January–December 2025, Uzbekistan’s foreign trade turnover amounted to US$81.2 billion, an increase of US$13.93 billion, or 20.7%, compared with 2024.
