Uzbekistan U-16 holds first training camp

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbekistan U-16, who consists of players, born in 2000 or later, held their first training camp in Tashkent in late September.

During the first training camp of the newly formed team, its coach Timur Alimkhodjaev called 23 players. The team played two warm up matches, Uzbekistan Football Federation said.

It is planned that next training camp of Uzbekistan U-16 will be held on 16-20 October. The coaches will train new players, offered by scouts of the Center for national teams of Uzbekistan.

Uzbekistan U-16 started preparation works to qualification round of the AFC U-16 Championship.
