Uzbekistan Textile Exports Reach US$466.6 Million
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In January–February 2026, Uzbekistan exported textile products worth US$466.6 million, according to the National Statistics Committee.
This figure accounted for 13.2 percent of the country’s total exports and increased by 15.5 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.
Ready-made textile products made up the largest share of exports at 52 percent. Yarn also represented a significant portion, accounting for 30 percent of total shipments.
Knitted fabrics followed with an 8 percent share, while woven fabrics accounted for 7 percent. Hosiery products made up 2 percent of exports, and carpet products accounted for 1 percent.
Overall, textile exports continue to demonstrate stable growth and remain one of the key components of Uzbekistan’s external trade structure.
