Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan’s Tax Committee held talks with Nate Benson, global project lead at US company Governful, to discuss cooperation on digitalising tax administration and applying artificial intelligence, the press office of Uzbekistan Tax Committee reported.
Governful specialises in artificial intelligence technologies. Benson visited Uzbekistan to attend the C5+1 forum in Samarkand.
The meeting was attended by Alisher Elmuradov, adviser to the chairman of the Tax Committee; Farrukh Akhmedjanov, director of the Information and Communication Technologies Department; and other ICT specialists.
The committee representatives presented AI-based solutions already being used by the agency.
Benson expressed interest in further cooperation with the Tax Committee.
