Uzbekistan, South Korea Discuss Mining Cooperation

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — First Deputy Minister of Mining Industry and Geology of Uzbekistan Feruza Khamidova met with South Korea's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Uzbekistan, Won Do-yon, and Kang Sangjin, Director of the KEXIM Bank Representative Office in Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state of the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and South Korea, as well as prospects for further cooperation in the mining industry and geology sectors.

The participants also reviewed issues related to accelerating preparations for upcoming joint activities and reaffirmed their commitment to the consistent development of mutually beneficial cooperation.
