Uzbekistan President Departs for Official Visit to Belarus

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev departed for an official visit to Minsk on 8 July 2026, following an invitation from the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko.

Bilateral high-level negotiations are scheduled to take place in the capital of Belarus during the visit.

The heads of state are expected to review issues regarding the further strengthening of Uzbek-Belarusian relations and the development of multifaceted partnership between the two countries.
