Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — An exhibition of Uzbekistan's high-tech pharmaceutical products was held in South Korea as part of events aimed at developing trade, economic and investment cooperation between the two countries.
The exhibition presented Uzbek partners with the production capabilities of Uzbekistan's pharmaceutical industry, innovative products and investment opportunities.
Participants discussed modern pharmaceutical products manufactured in Uzbekistan, new technologies, opportunities for localizing production and prospects for implementing joint projects with Korean companies.
At the same time, the first Uzbekistan-Korea Interregional Forum began its work. The platform is intended to develop direct ties between regions of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea, generate new investment projects and expand practical cooperation.
The forum is attended by representatives of the Agency for the Development of the Medical and Pharmaceutical Industry, entrepreneurs working in the pharmaceutical and medical sectors, and representatives of Korean companies and organizations.
