Uzbekistan increases electricity production by 0.15%

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Uzbekistan increased electricity generation by 0.15% in January-February 2020 compared to the same period of 2019.

In the reporting period, according to the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan, the country’s enterprises generated more than 11.36 billion kW/h of electricity.

Also, in January-February, 7.13 million Gcal of heat energy was produced in Uzbekistan, which is 1.22% more compared to the same period of 2019.
