Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — MOST Holding and Allosta Partners hosted a closed business meeting in Tashkent featuring entrepreneur and investor Margulan Seisembay.

The event, held on 23 July at the JW Marriott Hotel Tashkent, brought together 130 business owners, shareholders, investors, chief executive officers and senior executives from leading companies in Uzbekistan and Central Asia.

The meeting focused on creating long-term business value through systematic management and capitalization.

Participants discussed how business owners can transition from operational management to building self-sustaining business systems capable of developing independently, the role of timely feedback in corporate growth, and the use of investment not only to increase capital but also to ensure long-term business sustainability.

The central event of the program was an open discussion between Margulan Seisembay and MOST Holding Chief Executive Officer Pavel Koktyshev on the topic, "How to Turn Scale into Capitalization in 2026."

During the event, Seisembay presented Allosta Partners and spoke about the special situations market as one of the promising areas for investment. The program also featured a pitch session by participants in the Investment Readiness Accelerator Tashkent program. Projects presented included Onay OQU, Bigmart.uz, Screenix AI, ORDO Education and Uspace.

The meeting concluded with a networking session during which participants discussed investment opportunities, potential partnerships and joint projects.
