Uzbekistan exports 1.6 million tonnes of fruits and vegetables in Jan-Nov

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- In January-November 2022, Uzbekistan exported 1.6 million tons of fruits and vegetables for a total of US$1.0 billion, the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan said.

This figure increased by 168,300 tons compared to the corresponding period of last year.

The volume of exports of fruits and vegetables for 11 months of 2022:

- fruits and berries – 335,000 tons

- dried fruits and berries - 42,000  tons

- vegetables - 819,000 tons

- onion – 199,500 tons

- cabbage - 142,000 tons

- tomatoes – 71,000 tons

- grapes - 218,000 tons

- raisins – 73,600 tons

- peanuts – 18,300 tons

- watermelon-melon - 135,800 tons
